The item came promptly which I was very happy about however, when I opened the package some of the pieces were damaged or didn't have pre-drilled holes where there was suppose to be. So I contacted the manufacturer and requested the replacement parts which took an additional week and half to get here. So I need 5 replacement parts and they only sent me 4, and the replacement pieces did not look much better than the first ones I received, so I just used 1 of the damaged pieces because I was tired of looking at this shelf laying all over my floor and didn't want to wait an additional week and a half. Some of the parts are peeling but they anticipated that because the set comes with glue!!!..lol...WOW. Putting it together wasn't that bad but they should label the parts a lot better. The finish product was not impressive. The top legs do not lay flat against the wall; they're just sitting there in the air...smh. So all in all I gave it a 2 star and the extra star was for the product arriving fast and I am glad/pissed to see a price reduction because it is not worth 180 beans I paid for it; I would price this item now that I have seen it in person about 79- 89 beans at the most.
