Some reviewers have complained about the steel thickness, but I think it is just fine although the shelves surely could use some reinforcement like a channel under them and a fastener hole at the rear of the cabinet. Folks I am an engineer with over 35 years expereince and I do know what I am talking about. The instructions are moderately poor -- mostly not enough details, but if you follow them carelfully you should be ok. Take special note that you should not tighten your screws all the way on any part or group pf parts until instructed to do so in the instructions -- this gives you a little 'give' to be able to make things match up and prevents twisting stresses.
The small machine screws (10-32 x 1/4") are very poor quality. Expecting them to provide a strong connection by just threading through the relatively thin guage steel cabinet wall is very poor, cheap, unacceptable design! Invest in a 50 pc. box each of 10-32 x 1/2" or 5/8" screws PLUS a box of matching lock nuts that have the teflon insert for about $12 total and you will be much happier with your results. Use the nuts - they will fit, although it may take you somewhat longer to assemble. Do NOT use a drill - only a low torque power screw driver or a manual screwdriver. Torque all your connections but only to a half turn or less past where the nut lands out.
Some of the holes may still not line up. Using a 3/16" drill will remove the threads in the guage plate and allow you to insert a screw/nut into a slightly off-center hole.
I highly recommend adding a fastener in the middle back of each shelf as well as securing the cabinet to your wall.
If you have not hung doors before, take a look at some Utube videos first. You will have to learn to use shims to get them square with the cabinet and each other. Its not that hard but you do have to know what you are doing because the instructions just say "attach door with 6 ea screws through the hinge" with no help on how to get it right.
I absolutely love the magentic catches and simple lock system. If you really want to be secure you can easily change out the lock to a more complex tumbler type.
Looks great when assembled and seems to be fairly robust if assembled well with nuts.
Points off for the lack of nuts and not enough detail in the instructions.
