Like I said, horrible, horrible, horrible product. I opened this up right away when I received it and upon opening I noticed that all of my 3A (the first step to assembly) pieces were broken. The wood was damaged a bit, but it was something I could live with. However since LLYtech's inventory is "constantly changing" I cannot get just those pieces replaced nor can I do an exchange. I am sending this product back and not placing another order for it.
