This looks like it might be a pretty comfortable chair, if only I could assemble it. It came without any screws or bolts, and also no instructions. Amazon will let me return it for a replacement, which seems fairly ridiculous when a small packet of nuts and bolts could fix the problem. Amazon suggests I contact the manufacturer under their 5-year warranty. I contacted Hon, and was told I have to supply a serial number before they could send the parts. I was directed to their website for instructions on where to look for the serial number. There is no label anywhere with the number. It may be that I have to pack up this whole heavy chair and return it just to get a few nuts & bolts and instructions on how to assemble it. Not cool.
Update: Fortunately, I didn't have to return the whole chair. The Hon customer service person I contacted agreed, after some discussion, (and several photos I sent of the unassembled chair!) to supply the missing bolts "under goodwill." What the heck? It sounded as if I was trying to scam them for a few bolts. Whatever. It took more than two weeks, but the missing bolts arrived today. Unfortunately, although I also mentioned the lack of any instructions, no instructions were sent. The Hon website is no help whatsoever in this, as they don't have any documentation available for download. I am a pretty handy person, so by counting up the differing sizes of bolts and washers and matching them to the arms, back, and mechanical assembly, I was able to assemble the chair without instruction.
Finally, having it set up, I have to say it's quite comfortable, and seems sturdy. It's not a Herman Miller Aeron, but for $100+, it's a good buy for my purposes. I am not planning to use it for hours every day--if I needed a chair for long hours at the desk, I would have bought a more expensive one.
