The cart has always been a little flimsy. It says it is rated for 500 pounds. I had 200 pounds on it and the front wheel bent rolling it over a doorway saddle. I emailed their customer service and received an email saying, there was nothing they can do. Maybe I should try banging the wheel back straight and remember to keep less than 500 pounds on the cart! They didn't even give me the option of buying a new wheel. They just sent me on my way. I've only used this cart 20 times max! I will buy another cart and it won't be a RocknRoller... P.U.
