I purchased this chair to use as a sewing/craft room chair. It is very comfortable and has many adjustments available - arm width, height, back recline. It was easy to put together. There was a problem when the chair arrived. The packaging seemed to be intact but one of the plastic sheathings on one arm was shattered into pieces. I know that Amazon is very easy to deal with on returns or exchanges but this item was so large and so heavy that I knew I could never get it packaged correctly to return ship it and I also knew I could never wrestle it into my car by myself and get it to UPS. So, instead of returning it to Amazon, I called the manufacturer and explained about the shattered arm. What great customer service from the manufacturer! They took my info and shipped a new arm (at no cost) to me within 24 hours! This sealed my five star rating - knowing that the manufacturer stood behind their product and would provide great customer service if I needed it in the future!
