We use these carriers and covers at my work. They go together easily, are pretty sturdy and hold a hard top well and secure. The wheels however are a pain. 2 of them have a locking mechanism which is a nice feature, but that part catches on the support bars on the bottom and prevent you from being able to move the thing very well once loaded. The cover is nothing fancy, but looks of decent quality, should not scratch and fits well for different sizes of hard top.

Verdict: Buy. You will need a helper to remove the hard top so just plan on them helping you to move the thing too or you will run into something. Works as designed and will do the job once stationary. If you want one you can move around easily, find a different one.
