I'm 29, with sciatica (piriformis syndrome) due to leg-lenght-discrepancy and long periods of work infront of a computer. I'm 174 lbs and 5'10 tall. I've been looking for a comfortable chair for years now, and have not found it yet.

As for this one, I've already tried another kneeling chair that works better than this one.The differences are:

Other kneeling chairs make you put more weight on the shins, taking away the weight from your back. This chair takes away the weight from your shins, and puts it on your butt. Therefore, the chair is comfortable at first, but people with sciatica or back problems might not feel it as comfortable after some minutes.

I'm putting at the moment a pillow on top of the shin rests. This helps me put pressure on them, and get a firmer-upward-push. Even with this, I feel the chair is not tilted enough for me to feel less weight in my lower back and butt.

This chair would be great if it had an opening in the back, allowing the sacrum to get less pressure on the butt.

Another chair, another test. I give it 3 stars. The other guys seem a bit too excited about it in my opinion. Or it might be just me.
