We recently had hardwood floors installed in our home office. We needed some mats that would protect the floor, allow the wood floor to be visible and provide easy movement for desk chairs. These mats have met our needs completely. We did have a concern early on. When we received the mats one had a small tear at one end. We e-mailed American Floor Mats to explain the flaw. They responded quickly and were willing to replace the mat. We decided not to return the mat, but would watch the tear to see if it grew. It has not. Furthermore, AFM explained that the mat was covered by a warranty and would be replaced if the tear became a problem. We are very pleased with our purchase and the company and recommend these mats to anyone needing one.
