Purchased two of these shelves and when my husband tried to put them together, none of the pre-drilled holes matched up. Also the wood had several scratches on them. Very poor quality for the price.

When I tried to return them, I requested UPS pick up. The shelves are shipped in 3 separate packages each, so I had a total of 6 packages to return. When UPS came to pick them up, they left me a note saying they were unable to accept the packages because amazon only gave then one label and they needed a label for each package. I then called amazon and after a 20 minute phone call, a customer service rep emailed me a label and told me to print it 6 times and place it on each box, then drop them off at a UPS. After I dropped the packages off, I received a call from the UPS store stating that I must pick the packages up because they all have the same label and require a different label on box. After another 20 minute phone call with Amazon, it finally got straightened out. I usually never have a problem returning items to amazon, so I felt I should post this review to prevent it from happening to anyone else. Hope it helps!
